Return Policy
Thank you for supporting my small business! I hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, you may return it for a refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on the return and exchange policy.
Returns
Returns and exchanges are available within thirty (30) days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unused, and not damaged unless it was received damaged).
Most purchases are free to return, meaning you don't have to pay for return shipping or restocking, and will receive a full refund or store credit. This does not apply to custom orders, which will require purchaser to pay for return shipping as well as a 20% restocking fee so I can attempt to find a new buyer for your custom made items. Custom orders are defined as orders specifically designed for you, i.e. not site listed products purchased by placing items in the shopping cart. Shopping cart purchases are returnable at no additional cost to the purchaser.
Return Process
If you need to return an item, please email lpmotifs.abq@gail.com with the following information:
-Purchaser's name
-Receipt or invoice number
-Date of purchase
-Item(s) being returned
-Reason for return (received damaged, wrong item delivered, etc.)
I will respond quickly with information on how the return will proceed. After I receive your returned item and inspect its condition, I will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from my receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds might take 1-2 billing cycles to post to your credit card statement, depending on your bank. I will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
